Second Concert of the 12th Season of the GCWO, titled "Shakespeare in Concert", conducted by the Portuguese conductor Renata Oliveira and featuring actors Mingo Ruano and Alicia Ramos. The Gran Canaria Wind Orchestra closes its 12th season with a concert inspired by William Shakespeare. For this, it will have the musical direction of Renata Oliveira and the actors Mingo Ruano and Alicia Ramos, under the stage direction of Luis O´Malley. A mixed show of music and literature will be offered, where we will be able to listen to and stage versions of Hamlet, Othello, and Romeo and Juliet that inspired Alfred Reed and P. I. Tchaikovsky.
