El Puertillo celebrates its Fiestas de Santa Lucía with music, tradition and devotion The programme will take place from 18 to 20 September with performances, offerings, processions and a display of aerial and aquatic fireworks. The programme combines popular culture and religious events with the sea as the main feature. El Puertillo, on the coast of Arucas, celebrates the 2026 Fiestas de Santa Lucía from 18 to 20 September with a schedule that brings together music, folklore and tradition. The events will begin on Friday the 18th, at 21:00, with a performance by Hierba Mala in Plaza de Santa Lucía. On Saturday the 19th, at 20:30, offerings will be made to the patron saint, accompanied by the folk group Agrupación Folklórica Manantial, followed by a procession through El Rodadero. The night will continue with a street dance hosted by Mallombé and Ritmo Bakano and, at midnight, a display of aerial and aquatic fireworks. On Sunday the 20th, at 12:00, the Holy Mass will be celebrated and, at 13:00, the traditional land and sea procession will take place, with the participation of the musical group and majorettes La Salle de Agüimes.
