🚲🌍 GRAN CANARIA RIDES AGAIN FOR GAMBIA A bicycle can change a 20-kilometre route. It can bring a boy or girl closer to school. A computer can open a door to training. A sewing machine can become a means of livelihood. A tool can become a job opportunity. From 10 September to 2 October, the 3rd Solidarity Campaign “Pedalling towards the future, across the sea that unites us” returns, driven by STARUP Corazón Solidario with the collaboration of Fundación Puertos de Las Palmas, Federación Canaria de Vela, Embajada de Gambia en España, Binter, Real Club Náutico de Gran Canaria, Real Club Victoria, Club Marítimo Varadero and Estibadores Portuarios Las Palmas. ♻️ What we no longer use here can have a second life in Gambia. We collect 🚲 bicycles | 🎒 school supplies | ⚽ sports equipment | 💻 working technology | 🧵 sewing machines and sewing materials | 🛠️ tools, construction materials and PPE | 🌊 lifeguarding and water activities equipment | 🏕️ mountain gear | 👕 clothing and footwear | 🧸 toys and baby items | ♿ wheelchairs and walking sticks | 🎸 musical instruments. 📍 4 COLLECTION POINTS 🔹 Real Club Victoria 10 SEP → 1 OCT | Club opening hours 🔹 Club Marítimo Varadero de Gran Canaria 10 SEP → 1 OCT | Club opening hours 🔹 Real Club Náutico de Gran Canaria 16 SEP → 1 OCT | Club opening hours 🔹 Centro Canario de Vela Manuel Pazos Díaz Explanada del Muelle Deportivo 28 SEP → 2 OCT | 08:00–16:00 🤝 Donations are not sold.
