The Arucas Town Council, through the Environmental Department, is organizing a new edition of "Family Trails", an Environmental Education initiative aimed at encouraging the enjoyment and understanding of our natural surroundings. The next activity will be a weekend stay at the Lomo Jurgón Nature Classroom, where participating families will be able to enjoy the natural environment, share games, experiences and activities, strengthening their bonds with nature and among the members of the group. 📅 Dates: Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 October 2026 📍 Place: Lomo Jurgón Nature Classroom 💰 Cost: €30 per family Registrations will be made online starting on Thursday 8 October, from 9:00 a.m., at the following link; https://forms.gle/b8zBUC4mPKh232ov9 . Priority will be given to families that have taken part in at least two of the activities in the "Family Trails" programme carried out during this year 2026. Once your place has been confirmed, you will be given instructions on how to pay the €30. The councillor for the department, José María González Lorenzo, encourages the public to take part in these initiatives, which promote respect, sustainability and coexistence in the natural environment.
