Authentic Relating Games: Presence and Connection

WHEN: Sunday at 11am, 120 minutes of ... Connection activities and collaborative games that.... * invite connection, authenticity and self-awareness * have you be present to yourself and to the other participants * create a kind of "gym" to build authentic relating muscles * co-create a safe place where you can experiment with new behaviors, perfection not required COST: give someone else or an NGO approx. €3 and/or help support the event by taking pictures, posting on Meetup, leaving a positive review, etc. WHERE: We'll meet at the big fountain near the entrance with two big staircases (near where the big bus stop is - see the pics in this meetup below at Parque Doramas) and move to another location at 15 past the hour. (We may be outside and may or may not have chairs, but we will have benches and stairs to sit on.) I will be wearing a grey sun hat. The ground we walk on will be uneven. A perfect place to hang out. SESSION INFO: This is an experiential event - about 30% talking by the facilitator and 70% participation and reflection by the participants. Following the session we can stay at the park and enjoy some snacks (we can all bring some). No experience is necessary, just bring your curiosity and willingness to share yourself, be present and curious. Size is limited to the first 15 people who commit to coming. There are many different Authentic Relating activities and each session is different. TO RECEIVE MESSAGES from the facilitator for additional information, make sure the setting is enabled to receive messages (OR you can send me a message on this platform with your WhatsApp number and I can send it there). Go to your account's Settings in Profile, find Push Notifications or Email Updates and make sure "Messages - Email me when someone sends me a message" is on. SESSIONS START with a check-in, followed by an activity to introduce the theme. At 15 minutes after the start of the session, the "entrance doors" close and we make some agreements to create a safe structure for being vulnerable and honest. (The "exit doors" are open all the time.) (A couple of examples are: speak in the first person and own your experience.)
