🌞 La Aldea is committed to work-life balance through the Corresponsables Plan A comprehensive proposal, driven by the Department of Social Policy and Senior Citizens, headed by Jennifer Sosa Martín, which will offer leisure, support, and learning alternatives from August to December thanks to the municipality’s commitment to the well-being of our families and the holistic development of our youngest residents. The Plan kicks off today with the Summer Camp, which, until next September 7, will feature workshops in music, dance, emotional expression, sports, swimming pool, and trips to Aqualand, Lago Taurito, and Playa de Amadores. During the school year, afternoon activities in educational centers in the municipality will reinforce schoolwork with a homework club and sports and arts activities, promoting values of equality, diversity, and coeducation. On non-school days from October to December, the Plan includes monthly outings to Holiday World, an equestrian center in Arucas, and the cinema at Las Arenas, closing the program with the Christmas Camp, full of recreational workshops, swimming, and excursions. A wide range of experiences designed for the enjoyment of our boys and girls and conceived to support the reconciliation of family and work life for the municipality’s families.
