Dance takes on a special prominence at the Teatro Pérez Galdós The stage of the Teatro Pérez Galdós will bring together some of the most outstanding companies and creators on the national scene, along with premieres, emerging talent and major international events. The programme includes “Afanador”, by the Spanish National Ballet, as the opening show of the TEMUDAS Festival; the world premiere of “Liberté”, by Compañía Flamenca Rocío Pozo; “OTS”, by Haatik Dantza Konpainia; the Solo and Choreographic Competitions and the Winners’ Gala of MASDANZA; and “Las hijas de Bernarda”, by Taiat Dansa. Flamenco, contemporary dance, memory, new languages and different ways of understanding movement will come together on stage in a selection of performances that reinforces the commitment of the Teatro Pérez Galdós to dance.
