You may notice that over time, your shoulders and neck become rigid, tense, or painful. This can lead to discomfort, bad posture, lack of focus, fatigue, and difficulty maintaining concentration and energy levels. Your body is not separate from your brain. Constant physical tension or discomfort affects how you think, create, and connect. You likely know this already—but perhaps you haven’t found a way to change it. These 20-minute sessions are based on Somatic Bodywork, a method designed to help individuals become more attentive and present in their bodies. The goal is to help you recognize unnecessary tension and effort in your shoulders and neck—especially when seated—and learn to relax and release this tension. Through a variety of different touches, moves, and instructions, also focusing on breathing, a noticeable relaxation in the back, shoulder, and neck area will take place. Learn how to improve posture without extra effort. Gain deeper awareness of yourself and your body. Relax, increase attention and energy, and boost productivity. Give yourself a moment to recharge. We will take a small, powerful break right where you are. No need to travel, change clothes, or disrupt your schedule—just 20 minutes dedicated entirely to recharging your batteries. You will also take away simple, practical awareness tips to use at your desk whenever you feel tension building up. About Me My name is Flavia. I live for connection in all possible ways, especially through the body's intelligence. As a yoga teacher and practitioner of Thai Yoga Massage and Somatic Bodywork, I have always been deeply passionate about movement—through which I discovered my own way of navigating emotions and life’s challenges. I am fascinated by integrating body and mind into daily life. With over 13 years of experience and more than 1,000 hours of certified training—including Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin, Elemental Vinyasa, Somatics, Acupuncture, and Bodywork—I have spent over a decade running yoga spaces and guiding others across Italy and the Canary Islands. My work is rooted in service and in awakening the healing power of the body and mind with depth, structure, and warmth. I create space for motivated individuals to reclaim their energy and enhance their unique qualities. Through movement, conscious touch, and presence, I accompany you on a journey back to yourself.
