🗓 The Gáldar City Council is organizing the Local Democracy Week, an initiative that was incorporated into the institutional agenda in 2008. With this, the Council and, specifically, the Department of Citizen Participation seek to reinforce, through an informal and pleasant framework, their essential objective: to promote and encourage residents’ involvement in municipal life. ✍ The schedule for the Gáldar Local Democracy Week 2026 will begin with the 8th edition of the Neighborhood Recognition Ceremony, which will be held on Friday, October 2 at 7:30 p.m. at the Guaires Cultural Center.
