What if, for one day, you put yourself at the center? 💜 How many times have you postponed your own needs to respond to the needs of other people? Parenting and caregiving take up a large part of our energy and our daily lives. That’s why, from the Department of Equality of the Vega de San Mateo Town Council, we want to invite you to take a pause and devote some time to yourself. 🌿 ✨ GATHERING: PERSONAL CARE SPACE ✨ A day designed for mothers, fathers and people who are responsible for one or more minors, with workshops and activities focused on wellbeing, self-care and personal attention. 📅 3 October 🕙 10:00 – 18:30 📍 Albergue de Camaretas 🚌 Transport 🥐 Brunch 👧👦 Care and supervision service for children from 3 to 16 years old for families who need it.
