🌿 Artenara hosts the campaign “Know to Conserve” about the threatened flora of Gran Canaria 🌿 Our municipality is the first stop for this travelling exhibition by the Cabildo of Gran Canaria and the “Viera y Clavijo” Botanical Garden, created to highlight the 32 endemic species in danger of extinction and 12 vulnerable species on our island. Through informative totems, you will discover the beauty and fragility of botanical gems such as the Tamadaba fly honeysuckle (mosquera de Tamadaba) or the Gran Canaria dragon tree (drago de Gran Canaria), as well as the importance of protecting our environment. 📍 In Artenara: Until 13 September. ➡️ Next destination: Gáldar.
