Solidarity Gala "Gáldar with the Heart in Mozambique"

The Gáldar City Council, through the Department of Solidarity headed by Ana Teresa Mendoza Jiménez, is organizing next Thursday, June 25 at 8:30 p.m. a new charity gala under the slogan “Gáldar with its heart in Mozambique”, which will take place at the headquarters of the Quintogal Neighbourhood Association, in the Los Quintana neighbourhood. This initiative is part of the “Gáldar for Solidarity 2026” program and aims to raise funds to finance nursery and primary schools in rural villages in Mozambique. The gala will be held within the framework of the 12th Pedro Monzón Suárez Award, organized annually by the Quintogal Neighbourhood Association and which, in this edition, will recognize the work of the Daughters of Charity of Saint Vincent de Paul.
