Emotional Intelligence and Self-awareness Workshop "Change the Focus" (El Gamonal)

The Santa Brígida Town Council, through the Department of Social Services headed by Carlos Carrión, will continue throughout September and October with the Emotional Intelligence and Self-Knowledge Workshop “Cambia el foco” (Change the Focus), a project designed to offer citizens tools that help them better understand their own emotions, face everyday challenges, and promote personal well-being. The activity, led by educational psychologist Arminda Meliá, starts from a simple but powerful idea: on many occasions we cannot change what happens around us, but we can learn to change the way we look at it and how we respond to it. Through self-knowledge and emotional intelligence, the workshop encourages participants to pause, listen to what is happening inside them, and discover new ways of relating to themselves and to others.
