**Workshop 3: Same world, different operating system *(The hidden logic behind how you think)*** We all have access to the same eight ways of engaging with the world; we just run them in a different order. And that order changes everything. **In This Workshop, You Will:** Get introduced to the 8 cognitive modes and what each one is actually doing Identify which modes come naturally to you and which ones cost you more effort Understand how a different cognitive hierarchy can make your partner’s behaviour feel baffling, even when their logic is completely sound Recognise the specific modes you reach for under stress, and how that lands on someone with a different hierarchy Leave with a concrete new framework and genuine understanding about what makes you (and others) tick Couples are warmly welcome, bring your partner and do this together. Seeing each other’s hierarchies side by side tends to produce a lot of “oh, THAT’S what’s been happening” moments.
