A session led by Minia Díaz to reconnect with your own voice through breathing, the body, and sound. The activity offers a safe and trusting space to release tension, lose the fear of making sound, and gain expressive presence. Target audience: People aged 16 and over. Venue: Josefina de la Torre Public Library. Useful information: - Free activity with prior reservation. - It is recommended to attend wearing comfortable clothing and to bring water. - No prior experience is required. - Session led by Minia Díaz. - If in the end you cannot attend, please cancel your reservation so that someone else can take your place.
