THE INVINCIBLE SUMMER OF LILIANA Season September ’26 - January ’27 In October we will have an exceptional artist on the stage of the Teatro Víctor Jara: Cecilia Suárez! Liliana Rivera Garza was killed by her ex-boyfriend on July 16, 1990. The murderer fled and to this day has not been caught. Liliana would have been just one more of those anonymous victims murdered in Mexico by men if it were not for her sister, the writer Cristina Rivera Garza, who, thirty years after her death, found the strength to go through the files and documents that Liliana left behind.
