Jodido Señor Moma at El Sótano Analógico
Details
Jodido Señor Moma is the most intimate and honest project from a musician with more than thirty years’ experience in rock and the Canary Islands cultural scene. Artist, promoter and music entrepreneur, JoSe Moma has lived the stage from every angle, from creating cultural spaces to standing in the front line under the spotlights. As alma mater, frontman, songwriter and guitarist of Mujercitas —a band that has been active for more than 15 years— he has shared the stage with Rosendo, Burning, El Drogas, Los Zigarros, Cristina Rosenvinge, DeWolff, Los Coquillos, Said Muti, among others, performing at emblematic rock festivals in the Canaries and in many of the Islands’ legendary venues, becoming both finalist and winner in several music contests in the Archipelago. In his solo career he has released four singles: “Sin Aliento” – an ode to resistance and resilience turned into song; “Amanecerá” – a wound that finds light; “Septiembre” – pure nostalgia for guitar and voice; and “Madrid” – a farewell that never quite managed to leave. All of these tracks will be part of his upcoming album (2026), in an innovative book format, where the song lyrics are interwoven with stories created within the very narratives of each track, something that could open up a new way of “selling” records and literature. A sincere, visceral project, ideal for acoustic cycles, theatres, intimate venues and proposals where the song itself has room to breathe.
