The purpose of the activity is to offer a meeting space in which tools will be provided to contribute to the personal and emotional well-being of the participants, as well as to strengthen community support networks. The sessions will be carried out using a participatory methodology that will encourage reflection on the impact of care tasks on daily life and will provide strategies to address the physical and emotional overload that these tasks may generate. Registration can be completed by telephone via WhatsApp on +34 682 787 012 or by email at info@marvizigualdad.com The Department of Equality Policies encourages the public to take part in this initiative, which helps to highlight the importance of care, promote shared responsibility and improve the quality of life of those who carry out this fundamental role in society.
