La Aldea organizes the first “Living with Direction” Conference on youth suicide prevention, sport and mental health The City Council of La Aldea de San Nicolás, through the Youth Department, will hold on June 15, 16 and 17 the first Conference on Youth Suicide Prevention, Sport and Emotional Health “Living with Direction”, an initiative that seeks to promote the emotional well-being of young people and the creation of a more aware, better prepared and committed community in the face of the emotional challenges currently faced by young people. The sessions will be held from 7:00 p.m. at the Senior Center of La Aldea de San Nicolás and are intended to create a space for meeting, training, listening and support. The program will feature the participation of former professional footballer Juan Carlos Valerón, a benchmark in Spanish sport, who will share his personal and professional experience regarding success, frustration and learning both within and outside the sports field.
