Patron Saint Festivities of El Risco Neighborhood

The neighborhood of El Risco celebrates its patron saint festivities starting next Friday, October 2. The schedule begins on October 2 from 7:30 p.m., with the Street Parade accompanied by the Banda Aborigen. Then, from 8:30 p.m., the Flag Raising will take place, led by neighborhood resident Mr. Pedro Rosario Suárez. From 9:00 p.m., performance by Carmelo Torres and, afterwards, Reading of the Proclamation of the Festivities of Our Lady of La Milagrosa by neighborhood resident Ms. Cristina López Locatelli. The night will end from 10:30 p.m. with a Dance hosted by Aithamy DJ. On Saturday, October 3, starting at 10 in the morning, the Branch Descent will take place accompanied by the Isleña and Archipiélago Bands, and at 10:30 p.m., Dance with Hierba Mala and Grupo Arenas. On Sunday, October 4, from 11:30 a.m., there will be Holy Mass and Procession of the venerated image of Our Lady of La Milagrosa, along the usual route, accompanied by the Isleña Band. On Saturday, October 10, from 11:30 a.m., there will be Children’s Games, Bouncy Castle and Face Painting. The City Council of Agaete invites all the residents of the town and everyone who wishes to join the neighborhood to share, together, this festive program that will conclude on October 10.
